Did you know the 2020 is the only model year for the C8 Corvette that DOESN’T include Wireless Phone Projection? Given the location of the factory Wireless Charger the lack of wireless phone projection can be a pretty large problem when you have to keep the phone plugged in to utilize CarPlay or Android Auto. Luckily thats where we come in! This kit upgrades your 2020 C8 to 2021-2023 Specification Infotainment including Wireless CarPlay, Wireless Android Auto and Factory Navigation (even if your car didn’t come with Navigation from the factory).

This WAMS exclusive upgrade includes a brand new (not used/salvage etc) radio module custom programmed to your vehicles specific content AND more importantly it’s pre-registered on the GM Back End for plug and play simplicity and 100% OEM operation including all OnStar functions, App Shop etc!

Please Note: This kit has been tested extensively on a vehicle without the Front Camera provisions. We believe it SHOULD work as factory with those cameras however we’d like to test it first so if you’ve got a 2020 with the Front Camera setup drop us a line!

Q: How do I know if this upgrade will work for me?
A: If you have a 2020 C8 this upgrade will work for you, regardless of option configuration. Yes this means 1LT’s, Convertibles all combinations; it’ll work.

Q: Will this work on any other C8’s?
A: No this is only for the 2020 C8.

Q: What Market/Region does this upgrade support?
A: At this time these are designed for the North American Market ONLY.

Q: How do you know which options I have?
A: We will configure the unit using the factory build data associated with your VIN for options.

Q: It’s really plug and play?
A: Yes the unit arrives ready to go and pre registered with GM for infotainment feature continuity and plug and play simplicity. The ONLY thing you’ll have to do if you happen to have an active XM account will be to call them and tell them the new radio ID to transfer service over.

Q: Does this kit require an active OnStar subscription?
A: No but being an XM360L equipped unit it may show a notice regarding no data connection when in XM.

Q: Does this kit include the map database?
A: Yes it sure does, it includes the most current one available to boot.

Q: How hard is the install?
A: Pretty simple if you take your time and have basic Automotive knowledge. The unit resides behind the glove box so you must remove the lower insulator under the glove box etc. Simply swap this unit out for your factory unit, its the same size, shape, plugs and wiring.
