If you have a 2013 vehicle there is a chance the connector on the radio side for the Aux In/Rear camera may be missing. If that is the case you will have to solder your harness directly to the board of the radio. You can find instructions on completely this process in the Stereo/Electronics section of newcaprice.com

When removing the radio please take care to make sure you disconnect the antenna on the drivers side of the radio. It is EXTREMELY common to break that off when removing the radio as many people think there are only connectors on the passenger side of the radio. Due to the amount of these we see broken we no longer notify at receipt if it arrives broken or missing. Steve Walker on newcaprice.com sells replacement antenna plugs; we do not repair them.

Please note it is ONLY necessary to send your FACTORY radio silverbox to us now for programming; no need to send the faceplate or any other hardware for this service. This service is for the FACTORY unit ONLY! If you are converting to an Australian spec unit that is a custom application that you need to contact us for quote on. Before shipping your silver box PLEASE make sure you remove any CD’s and set the climate control to a comfortable temperature and on AUTO mode so you can continue to drive the vehicle. Please also note that as described above USB support requires a cord and bluetooth phone integration may require a microphone depending on how your car was built; we only supply programming we do not have aux or USB cables for these units.
