WAMS is a wholesaler that also happens to serve end users/consumers. We provide all of the information needed in our product/service descriptions to allow you the consumer to select the proper options/hardware for your vehicle. We also have an AI chatbot that will answer any questions using the information in the product descriptions. This allows us to keep prices low by automating many facets of our operations and maximizing employee productivity.
We understand that even though we provide the tools for customers to make their own selections and save money some people may want or need us to do all of the legwork and tell them what selections to make; thats where this service comes in.
This service will provide you with the proper selections/choices for a specific product (or products) on our website. When ordering this service in the checkout notes field put which products you want us to determine the options/fitment on and we’ll email you back within 48 hours (weekends/holidays excluded) with the proper choices for those items based on your vehicle content.
This service is non refundable and we still encourage you to read the relevant product or service description and FAQ and make your own selections.
